GameChanger
GameChanger Winnipeg is the student-based project I’ve been working on for X years. In my time as a basketball player, I noticed that only the players getting the points get recognition, leaving out the people who made the points possible on the sidelines. I wanted to change that by creating a free stats tracker for youth basketball players in my community. This led to many new opportunities for me, but it has also benefited my fellow players in the league. I share more about this experience in the link below.

Winnipeg Game Jam
In 2024, I asked one of my classmates to join a local game jam with me. If you didn’t know, a game jam is where participants try to develop a game from scratch given a theme. This time, it wasn’t just about building a game, but about helping the organization called Extra Life raise money to help children who might need funds to afford medical care, like surgery.

Alongside my extracurriculars, I also manage a YouTube channel. I use this platform to upload videos about game development in Roblox Studio, Python, and my progress on my student-based project initiative, GameChanger.
